Show Notes

Chrissy and I discuss her road to being a performance dietician. She’s worked with D1 athletes and now helps military professionals. Her story of pursuing her dreams is inspiring, and we get a lot of great tips on how we should be eating to enhance our day to day performance and enjoyment. Chrissy is one of the kindest and hardest working people I know- take some time to listen- you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy this episode!
